Contractor & Vendor Management

  • Oversee bid process, negotiations and provide recommendations
  • Coordinate with consultants to deliver design documents that meet design program and operational requirements
  • Perform ongoing constructability reviews during design process to identity risks, variables and value engineering opportunities
  • Facilitate regular on-site Owner, Architect and Contractor (OAC) meeting
  • Manage RFI and Submittals
  • Establish and maintain QAQC procedures
  • Negotiate and finalize all change orders
  • Assist with project close-out

Pre-construction Planning

  • Coordinate scope with design and operations teams
  • Prepare initial budget to assist with feasibility studies
  • Prepare preliminary project schedules
  • Manage and coordinate with building department and other municipalities

Budget & Schedule Management

  • Understanding comprehensive project costs and estimating process
  • Historical Pricing
  • Provide reoccurring schedule reviews and analyze ways to overcome impacts in real time
  • Manage communication between all parties to mitigate delays and scheduled overruns
